What are the pros and cons of living in Sarasota Florida?



As the saying goes, you get what you pay for… Sarasota is a beautiful place to live, and it is also a little more expensive. According to the stats, the cost of living in Sarasota is 7% higher than the rest of the state of Florida, and is 8% higher than the national average. Homes are also a little pricier and running around 17% more than the national average, but utilities cost 3% less.
